What is rkverify.exe file ?
Most antivirus programs identify rkverify.exe as malware—for instance BitDefender identifies it as Dropped:Adware.Relevant.CA, and Microsoft identifies it as PUA:Win32/RelevantKnowledge.

To run the command resmon :

7. use DISM.exe
To run the command DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth :
Press Windows key + Q.
