What is vopackage.exe file ?
Most antivirus programs identify VOPackage.exe as malware—for example BitDefender identifies it as Trojan.GenericKD.2178038, and TrendMicro identifies it as TROJ_GEN.R002C0OH514 or TROJ_GEN.R00UC0OC315.

6. Use resmon command
To run the command resmon :
Press Windows key + Q.

7. use DISM.exe
To run the command DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth :
Press Windows key + Q.
